There are three scoping questions connected with email-to-ticket: one refers to corporate accounts, one to individual customers, and one to email-to-ticket in general.
For cod.servicerequest@... to work, you need to have enabled the question that mentions individual customers. For corporate accounts, the address is cod.b2b.servicerequest@... .
If everything is scoped correctly and emails still bounce, there may be an issue with the tenant. Support will be able to check the backend and advise you accordingly.
